INDIVIDUAL YOGA CLASSES

Individual classes are another way to explore yoga. You may wish to begin with private classes especially if you have health concerns that may not be adequately addressed in a group setting. Or you may desire the privacy of individualized classes for your own personal reasons. Private classes last one hour and fifteen minutes and may be held in the main studio, the private practice room or the meditation room.  Please call for an appointment.

 

 

 

 

All the above classes are taught by Anna Siudy, RN, E-RYT. 

The studio reserves the right to cancel courses if the minimum enrollment is not met. Thanks.
